Delivery
Within Australia only. We post within 5 business days of your order and email you the tracking number.
- Standard post: A$9.95, free on orders from A$80. Australia Post, 3 to 7 business days after posting.
- Express post: A$15. Australia Post Express, 1 to 3 business days after posting.
- Collect in South Yarra: free. We email you within two business days to arrange a time.
A parcel not arrived 14 business days after posting: write to us with the order number and we take it up with Australia Post.
Change of mind
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags. You pay the return postage; the original postage is not refunded. We refund to your card within 5 to 10 business days of receiving it.
Faulty or wrong item
Email us a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund it in full, return postage included. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sizes
The size is the child's height in centimetres: size 130 fits a child about 130 cm tall. Between two sizes, take the bigger one.
