Candy and Frank (Candy & Frank Pty Ltd, South Yarra, Melbourne) runs this shop. This page says what we keep about you and why.

What we keep

When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the pieces you bought. You type these on Stripe's payment page; your card number goes to Stripe and never reaches us.

While you shop: one cookie that remembers what is in your bag. No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

What we use it for

To pack and post your order, send your receipt and tracking number, arrange a pickup, and handle a return. We do not send newsletters or sell or share your details for marketing.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, which takes the payment.
• Resend, which sends our order emails.
• Australia Post, which delivers your parcel.
• Fly.io, which hosts this site in Sydney.

Your details

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email wcandy@candyandfrank.com. We keep order records as long as the tax law asks us to.
